Key Responsibilties
Strategy Development: Craft a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at both social media influencers and e-commerce businesses, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the video editing service space.
Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from plan to closure, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring Edit Panda remains the first choice for their video editing needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the editing and production teams to ensure the offerings are aligned with market demand and client expectations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between clients and our internal team, ensuring feedback is communicated and actions are taken for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the creative agency sector, with a track record of scaling businesses.
Strong understanding of the social media landscape, especially platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Knowledge of the e-commerce sector and its video ad requirements.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in english language.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
A demonstrated history of functioning as a 'bridge-builder' between different departments within an organization.
Salary
Gross salary starts from 2 500 €
Depending on your skills and experience. Bonuses are paid based on performance.
